| Dear SWISSMOG members, dear MORGAN friends Next year we will meet again at the international meeting of SWISSMOG. The meeting will take place from 22nd/23rd until 26th of August 2012 in the area of the beautiful 3-Lakes District Murten, Neuchâtel and Biel. With this information we want to help planing your holidays and events in 2012. You allready have the possibility to sign in for the event today, the registration form can be found here. PROGRAM OVERVIEW Main program: Thursday, 23rd August 2012 from 4 p.m. arrival in Münchenwiler Friday, 24th August 2012 scenic drive in the area of the 3-Lakes Saturday, 25th August 2012 tour into the prealps Sunday, 26th August breakfast and farwell Pre-Program: Wednesday, 22nd August 2012 after 4 p.m. arrival in Münchenwiler, aperitif and dinner Thursday, 23rd August 2012 short tour in the surroundings of Murten and lunch Location: We stay for the whole meeting in Hotel Schloss Münchenwiler a few miles away from Murten. Parking space is organized - no garages. We have reserved in the Hotel a few rooms before and after the meeting, so you may also prolong your stay. The prices are below. COSTS The costs for the main program are: in a double room - Pilot CHF 930 - Copilot CHF 870 in a single room - Pilot CHF 960 - Copilot CHF 900 Extra for non-members SWISSMOG CHF 50 per car These prices include: 3 nights with breakfast 3 aperitifs 3 dinners with wine / water / beer 2 lunches with wine / water / beer 2 coffee breaks Transfer on Saturday evening Museum entrance The costs for the pre-program are: Double room CHF 195 for two people per night with breakfast Single room CHF 95 per night with breakfast Extras like meals, drinks, fees will be charged individually. REGISTRATION Inscription can be made from now on until 30th April 2012. Payment should be made until the same date at the latest. For registrations after 30th April an additional fee of CHF 50 per room will be charged. The number of participants is limited.
